In celebration of Her Majesty's the Queen Platinum Jubilee, 18FIFTY worked closely with Japanese lighting design studio, Nipek, to bring this vision to life. Multitudes of seeds were planted to create meandering flower fields that the visitor could wonder around. During night time, RGBW fixtures brought the fields to life, filling them with vibrant colours.
In such a historically important site, restrictions were aplenty hence, carefully curated positions were chosen to successfully illuminate the flower fields without floodlighting the pathways.
